Helpful tips:

  • Aurora has a live chat feature that helps with issues creating your design. They are quick. Access the live chat by clicking the circular button on the top right of the screen.

  • If the live chat reps cannot fix something, there is an IT text line - 717-853-1183

  • When adding a co-signer in the Apply Now screen, make sure the applicant who will pass credit is the primary applicant and the applicant who failed credit is the secondary applicant. You can switch them by going back to the Aurora Dashboard for the account and changing the name in the Customer profile. You will need a separate email address for the two applicants as well. Only one of the applicants needs to be on title. The one on title does not need to be the primary applicant (who will pass credit). 

  • Once an applicant fails credit as a primary applicant, the system will no longer allow you to try the applicant again as a primary applicant. You can still try the applicant as the secondary applicant. But if that applicant fails again even as the secondary applicant, the system will no longer let you try that applicant anymore. You will need to reach out to the BPS Account Executive Frank (833-586-3675 x 1047# / frank@enfin.com).
